Theme: Taking Action
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re encouraged to focus on taking action - making practical, meaningful steps to support our own mental health and the wellbeing of those around us.
At Norrie Waite & Slater, we understand that life events - whether it’s a family matter, moving home, dealing with a dispute, or facing a criminal issue - can bring added pressure and uncertainty.
Taking action doesn’t have to mean something big. It can be small, everyday steps such as:
