CONDITIONAL FEE AGREEMENTS – NO WIN NO FEE IN ALL PERSONAL INJURY CASES

At Norrie Waite & Slater we understand the importance of having peace of mind when it comes to paying for legal costs.

The most important thing after sustaining an injury is to focus on your recovery, you do not want to be worrying about obtaining compensation and how you will be covering legal costs and we are here to help you with all aspects of your case.

Whether you have had an Accident at Work, a Slip or Trip in a public place, a Road Traffic Accident or any other personal injury, we can talk through your funding options with you and discuss offering you a Conditional Fee Agreement, which is a no-win-no fee agreement.

A no-win-no-fee agreement is exactly that, if we do not achieve a successful outcome for you in your case, then you have no costs to pay.  If we are successful in your case, then payment of your costs is made by way of a success fee deduction from your compensation (such terms of which we will have previously discussed and agreed with you).  The success fee will be deducted from your compensation at the conclusion of your case and we will then pay the balance of your compensation to you.

There are no hidden charges and no upfront costs to be paid and you will always receive compensation payable to you if your claim is successful.

We will assess your claim at the outset and discuss with you taking out After the Event Insurance to run alongside your Conditional Fee Agreement to cover your case for any costs due, if your case is unsuccessful, for example to cover the cost of a medical report.  The insurance premiums are low and are only deducted from your compensation at the end of your case, if your claim is successful. There are no upfront costs for these policy premiums.  The policies are also self-insuring which means if you are not successful with your case, the premium writes itself off, with no cost to you.

If you have had a personal injury within the last 3-years, then call us to discuss your funding options and case prospects.  All initial calls are free and without obligation to proceed.

If you wish to discuss any personal injury matters, then please contact Sarah Tagg of our offices on 0114 276 6166.
