As part of our continued growth, Norrie Waite & Slater is looking to expand our team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established, forward-thinking firm with offices in Sheffield, Killamarsh, and Parkgate, serving clients across South Yorkshire and beyond.

The Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated solicitor with proven experience in commercial property transactions, including (but not limited to):

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and renewals
• Property development
• Supporting business and corporate transactions

You will work closely with a supportive and professional team, managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality legal advice to our commercial clients.

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in commercial property law
• Organised, proactive, and client-focused
• Capable of managing their own caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
• A team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills
