A first interview, for up to 30 minutes, is free of charge if your claim does not go ahead. Since  Public Funding (Legal Aid) is no longer available for accident or personal injury claims, we operate the Conditional Fee system, which is also known as  'No Win, No Fee'. We undertake to hand over to a successful client all of their damages without deduction, since in a successful claim , the legal costs are paid by the losing party, which is usually an insurance company.
